Participants will perform commercial copy and then follow the audition journey from start to finish—hearing real auditions, learning why certain reads advanced, listening to the audition that ultimately booked the job, and comparing it to the final produced commercial.

This unique workshop offers actors an opportunity to step into the casting director's chair and gain insight into how decisions are made, what clients respond to, and what separates a good audition from a booking.

Kelly Moscinski is the Owner and Head of Casting at The Voicecaster, one of the industry's most respected and enduring voiceover casting offices. With nearly two decades of experience in voiceover casting and direction, Kelly casts and directs projects across commercials, animation, video games, promos, narration, and more.

Recent casting projects include Papa John's, Cap'n Crunch, Popeyes, Verizon, Walmart+, Google, Amazon, Dungeons & Dragons, and Ready or Not. In addition to casting, Kelly is a respected demo producer, coach, and voice director who has helped countless actors navigate the ever-changing voiceover industry.
