• Being accountable to your personal career goals for yourself and the class.

Paulette Lifton, is the 2026 SOVAS winner for Best Casting Director Animated Feature and a multi-Emmy & MPSE winning Casting Director, Sound/ADR Supervisor on shows like Kung Fu Panda and SpongeBob Squarepants. She was Co-Producer and Casting Director of the animated series, Spy Kids: Mission Critical for Neflix. Ms. Lifton was also the casting and voice director on multiple animated and live-action features for Netflix, Amazon and Starz including the Academy Award-nominated films Lion and Carol. She voice-directed some of the top actors in the business; Meryl Streep, Ed Norton, Jim Gaffigan, Julie Andrews, Kate McKinnon, Elle Fanning, Nat Wolff and Mel Brooks. She won the 2024 SOVAS award for Best Podcast Host (Tales from the Booth) and Audio Description Producer. She is also the Co-Founder of The PaRè Way Talent Management.
