This class challenges voice actors in dubbing techniques. We will learn different content and perform more than one character at times in the same project, making sure you are able to change your vocal quality. We will also be working on more live action content, including reality programs, series and feature films, animation and anime to further your sync perfection and speed in the studio.

What We Will Cover - Dubbing Intensive:

• UN and in-sync voice dubbing in real-life sessions including VoiceQ.
• Anime and Animation Series and Feature dubbing.
• How to gain confidence in order to increase your speed and sync in a session.
• Expand your vocal range and create believable characters.
• What is expected of you in a professional dubbing session, including technical and session etiquette. 
• What it takes to be hired and re-hired in the dubbing world.
• Interfacing with a professional recordist in the dubbing environment.
• Engineer in all sessions to help guide you with their personal tips and tricks.

Paulette Lifton, is a multi-Emmy and MPSE winning Sound/ADR Supervisor on shows like Blue Eye Samurai, Kung Fu Panda and SpongeBob Squarepants. She was Co-Producer and Casting Director of the animated series, Spy Kids: Mission Critical for Netflix. Ms. Lifton was also the casting and voice director on multiple animated and live-action features for Netflix, Amazon and Starz including the Academy Award-nominated films Lion and Carol. She voice-directed some of the top actors in the business; Meryl Streep, Ed Norton, Jim Gaffigan, Julie Andrews, Kate McKinnon, Elle Fanning, Nat Wolff and Mel Brooks. She won the 2026 SOVAS Award for Best Casting Director for an Animated Feature and was nominated multiple times for her dubbing work on Anime series for Amazon!

Frank Verderosa is an award-winning audio engineer, consultant, writer, and speaker with more than 35 years of experience in commercial, animation, ADR, and video game production. He has recorded, sound designed, and mixed campaigns for major brands including T-Mobile, IKEA, Lexus, McDonald's, Verizon, Volkswagen, and Burger King, earning recognition from the Clio Awards, Communication Arts, Promax BDA, London International Awards, the Ear Awards, and the Telly Awards.

Frank Vederosa regularly records for Disney, Cartoon Network, Warner Bros., and Nickelodeon, while also handling ADR for film and television and recording for video games. A graduate of the State University of New York at Fredonia with a degree in Sound Recording Technology, Frank combines his background as a musician with decades of studio expertise to deliver exceptional sound across every medium.
